Micro Doc Version 09 - Work in Progress

My work with the Beta Midget figures, and now gundam, has been leading up to a figure that I want to design in the summer of 2003. However, the ground work has to be done first to see if it can be done. One of my personal problems is designing working joints for figures. Shoulders, Elbows, Knees, Hips, Ankles, etc. When the Beta Midget line of toys was introduced, I immediately thought of some future possibilities using the figure as a basis for a design. Another multi jointed figure is the Gundam model kits. In order to make the figure I wanted, I would first have to experiment and see if my joints would work. That is were version 10 of Micro doc comes in. He is a trial experiment seeing if I could create a working figure. He has been key in helping me with the design of the future figure I'm working on.

Back view of the figure. The multi joints in arms, and legs allow for numourous ways to pose the figure. I used an Acroyear torso for the body. I was inspired by Palisades Time Medic figure to ports in front and back.
